Noise Intercepted

The Noise Project is described as a messy, exploratory, active, urban, experiential and multidisciplinary art project led by the Labspace Studio in Toronto. It serves as an umbrella for various initiatives, among which Noise Intercepted, a four-month long experience activated art challenge. Over 280 contributors from 28 countries agreed to "receive a series of ten noise challenges, that provoke them to get out into their urban soundscape, to listen, to observe and then to creatively respond" as curator Laura Mendes puts it. They had exactly 1-week to react to each challenge and share their findings on the project website.

Because of time constraints, I only contributed to the five first challenges. Click on the image below to reach my personal page and learn more about my entries.

My fourth entry called The Soundtrack of my journey was featured among the many contributions.
